The Democratic Convention Is Going

The picture indicates how much interest I have for the Democratic Convention. I saw Sanders for about two minutes and he was spouting his usual hate and discontent. I quickly turned to the Two and a Half Men show.

I saw a video of a couple being attacked after getting out of their vehicle. The man was kicked unconscious and the woman was beaten. People, keep a gun in your car and make the decision that you will use it if you have to defend yourself and family.

I read that the people in Norman, OK recalled their mayor and a couple of city council members. I'm glad to see that some people are standing up and fighting.

On a forum that I belong to, a guy was saying that any business that requires the mask to be worn, he won't do business with. That of course is his right, as it is the right of the business to require the mask be worn. It doesn't hurt a normal person to wear it and it may do some good.

The stock markets were up some today and that is good. I think Trump can get it going again if the Liberals will allow him to do so. Although, they seem to want to keep the market down as a ploy for the election.

I read that the NFL is not going to allow military or police flag details for the games this year. Also, the singer of the anthem will be some where else and have it piped in. That of course, is to keep people away from each other to help stop the spread of Covid-19. At the same time, the football players are jumping on top of each other for at least sixty minutes. What a bunch of hypocrites. Two soccer teams both kneeled for the anthem and were booed by the spectators. Then the players said "How dare they get booed in their own stadium". More hypocrites. Other than hockey, I think all major league sports should be boycotted this year. Loosing money is the only thing the leagues and owners understand.

That's enough bad news for tonight.
