Now, as regards to the phishing. Sandy received a call from Apple saying her debit card had some suspicious activity from Ohio. Since her card is new, because her old one had been compromised, it sounded possible. However, they were putting something on her computer and wanted her to go into the account that her card was linked with. I finally hung up on them as what they were saying didn't make sense to me. Anyway, Sandy called the credit union the card is with and we both talked to a woman there. It was decided it was a fraudulent call and the card is turned off. I deleted, what I could find from them, off the computer. After that episode, I found an email that was from my credit card issuer. Only when looking at where is came from, it wasn't the financial institution as stated in the email. It said that with the virus, some account holders had died and they needed to know which accounts were active. As I had used that card today, the account would show that it was active. I forwarded it to the card issuer and they can do what they want.

I am really unhappy with Graham for how he has run the hearings on Barrett. He needs to be replaced as the majority leader, but his Democratic opponent has raised a record amount of money and I'm not sure he will be reelected. Protocol may be one thing, but decency is another.

One of the Republican Representatives has introduced a bill to have Pelosi removed as speaker. As I'm sure there aren't any Democrats in the house with enough guts to vote for it, it won't pass. It probably won't make it to the floor.
