Not Much New Today

For those that don't know, look up Elmer Keith. While I think Elmer Keith was full of himself at times, his story is interesting. He helped to promote handgun hunting in this country. He also did a lot of wildcatting of cartridges (using the brass to create a different cartridge). That caused many other shooters to develop some cartridges that now are well known factory rounds. I'll list some in a later post.

I see that Biden wants a country wide mask mandate. I don't see how it could be enforced. The state wide mandates aren't being enforced.

The stock market was up today and that is good news. I wish it would keep going up. Both for the investors and also to make Trump look better. He got us there before the virus and I think he can do it again.

One of the Senators in MS has put out that any MS business that won't accept cash should be reported to his office. His thought was, if he bought $40.00 of gas, but only had a $100.00 bill and the business refused to take it, the bill was paid in full. All complaints to his office will also be shared with the MS AG and another state agency that I have forgotten. I haven't seen many places that refuse cash, but many want exact change. We'll see what happens.

I saw an article that stated people from the southern states will be doing a mass migration north to survive climate change. What a bunch of BS.

Bill Gates sure has been running his mouth about how Trump has handled the virus problem. He also hasn't liked some comments from Musk. This is from a man who doesn't hold any medical degrees and has given billions away to other countries. Maybe he should have used those billions in the US.

We ate at a place today with the Have to Wear a Mask signs on the doors. However, the seating was as usual, so no six feet apart. And no, there weren't any dividers between the booths. This isn't the first time we've seen this. They're just posting the state requirements, but doing what they want.
