Having Trouble With A Catchy Title Today

With our discussion yesterday about get back home bags, I did forget a couple of items. When we lived up north, I always kept a heavy coat, gloves, and a blanket in the car all year. Maybe the coat is not needed in the south, but there I keep a rain jacket and hat. As you can see, items in the bag can be adjusted to where you live.

I mentioned having a house plan for uninvited guests. Everyone's house plan is going to be different due to many variables. You need to find a room/place in your house where you feel you can defend the best. My thought is that instead of sneaking around in the dark looking for someone, make them come to you. You will have the best advantage if you pick where you will engage the intruder. You want every advantage you can get in this situation. That means you need to have some guns and ammo stashed in that place. You should also train your family where to go and what to do. Practice every so often until it becomes second nature. Also, get your family out shooting as often as you can. Another idea is to place guns around several rooms in the house incase you need to fight to get to your place. Some people even stash a stainless gun, wrapped in plastic, in the bathroom. I do not know the laws of each state and I will not try to tell you what they are with respect to defending your house. You need to do that research yourself.

I did see some of the news on Fox today, but I've already forgotten most of it. Just the usual BS from the Liberals. They just look you in the eye and lie.

We'll be on the road again and will stay a couple of nights at a friends house. The blog may not happen on those days.
