Redneck hurricane warning system!

Hurricane Sally is heading away from us and we probably won't see much wind and just some rain. Who knows. The county offices, schools, and some businesses were closed today just in case.

I see that Biden is using the shooting in CA as another reason to ban assault weapons and high capacity magazines. The video I saw wasn't very clear, but it is plainly visible that the weapon is a handgun and not a rifle. As I can't tell what make or model the gun is, who knows what capacity the magazine has. Maybe he should have been more concerned about condemning the shooter. Not his style. On the other hand Harris went to see the parents of Jacob Blake (a felon shot by police) in Wisconsin, but she hasn't seen the families of the two officers shot in her home state. Again, not her style either.

I couldn't get the last timber from Home Depot as they are out of them, but I did get some additional items I'm planning on adding and after the storm I'll see about pictures (I know I've said that before).

The stock market was up some today and that is good.

I was on Gun Broker today and the prices are sure getting up there for some items. In the penny auction category I put in a couple of low bids, but I don't expect them to stand. That's alright, I'll be able to function without them.
