A lazy Day

I think today will be a lazy day. I don't feel like commenting on the news today. Being Father's day, Happy Father's Day to everyone. We're going to stay home today. Sandy decided we should go out to dinner yesterday, so we went the Cuevas Fish House. Their broiled catfish fillets are great. She's making ribs to day. Right now, I can hear her sewing machine running. She's busy as usual. She may dunk a worm in the pond later. I participate on a forum run by a gunsmith/custom gunmaker/retail store. There has been some bashing about people wearing a mask while out. A couple of days ago, some one, who I thought was a good friend, said " The Mask: A badge of cowardice, compliance, and self- righteousness". I guess this just hit me the wrong way. It wasn't the first time he ridiculed people who wore masks. I have decided to reevaluate our friendship. It's his decision to wear one or not, but when he starts getting on others for wearing one, I don't care for that.

Starting Monday, besides my usual ramblings, I' going start talking about guns and ammo. Both hunting and self defense. These will be my own opinions and suggestions. There are plenty of sites with testing videos, so I'm not going to get into that side of it. Everyone has their favorites and mine may not be yours and that's fine. I'm sure I'll start to ramble with that information too, but, I'm not being graded on my presentation and I don't have the FB police eyeballing me. As usual take care and be safe.
